3	lb	Stew meat, cut small
2	md	Onions, chopped
1	c	Celery, chopped
4		Potatoes, large diced
2	c	Carrots, chopped
2	tb	Tapioca
1	tb	Sugar
1	cn	Tomato soup
1		Clove garlic
		Salt & pepper to taste

Mix, cover and bake 5 hours @ 250 degrees
